SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Consent to receive texts

When you provide a mobile number and affirmatively consent, you authorize Greg Deskin and West Capital Lending, including service providers acting on their behalf, to send text messages to that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

2. Message content and frequency

Messages may concern your inquiry, requested appointment, application status, documentation, transaction updates, reminders or services you requested. Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted and based on the consent collected. Frequency varies with your interaction and transaction.

3. Automated technology

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology where permitted. Your consent applies only to the number you provide. Tell us promptly if the number changes or is reassigned.

4. Costs and carrier responsibility

Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network and device availability and is not guaranteed.

5. Opt out and assistance

Reply STOP to cancel recurring text messages. You may receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance, call (949) 864-8178 or email GDeskin@WestCapitalLending.com. Requests may take a short period to process, and legally required or individually requested messages may still be delivered where allowed.

6. Privacy and security

Text messages are not always secure. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank-account details, passwords or other highly sensitive information by SMS. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and any financial privacy notice provided for your transaction.

7. Eligibility and conduct

You must be at least 18 years old, be the subscriber or customary user of the number and have authority to consent. Do not use the messaging program unlawfully or to harass, impersonate or transmit malicious content.

8. Changes and termination

The messaging program or these terms may change or end. Material changes will be posted here or communicated as required. Continued participation after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law.
